Running Relief at York Running Relief is a free running group aimed to help students de-stress, meet new people and have fun while getting in shape and staying active. De-stress?

Do you want to get in shape? Get back into the groove? Come out to Running Relief! With the help of our Peer Coaches we will get you in shape and achieving your running goals in no time! Weekly running sessions are:

Tuesdays- 1:30pm-2:30pm

Wednesdays- 3:30pm-5:30pm

Thursdays- 9:30am- 11:00am

We provide running programs for recreational runners, beginners, intermediate and advances runners. Email: [email protected] to sign up!
