Rhythmic Expressions Rhythmic expressions is an AGG team since 1995. Follow our page to keep track of our training progress, competition results, travels, and gym motivation.

In 1995, Evelyn Koop, the founder of the Rhythmic Expressions, realized an old dream: to create a company that could lift her beloved rhythmic gymnastics to levels where it would be recognized as one of the performing arts. It would also mean returning to the roots of what has become an Olympic sport of the highest caliber: the rhythmic group performance. For this new team, she selected 12 girls,

most of whom were former RG competitors, some who came from a background of dance performance. Currently, this AGG team will be representing Canada around the world at the highest competitions. In October, they competed at the Pan American Championships in Mexico where they placed 3rd! In November, they participated in the Four Continents competition in Chicago where they placed 2nd! The World Championships in Bulgaria and other World Cups are still left. This team is seeking sponsors! All travels have to be covered by the athletes and it's very expensive. Any sponsor partnerships will help even if it is not financial. Email or call us please if you're interested or know someone who might be. Thank you to our wonderful coach for all your hard work. Without you, none of this would be possible. We appreciate your dedication during every single practice. With your help we have improved so much as a team, and for that we are grateful❤️❤️❤️ Thank you as well to Mrs Koop for your enthusiasm and motivation.
