🚨They are so depraved!! This product of "israel" is covered up with a false sticker reading "Mexico - Produit du Mexique" and was spotted at Farm Boy on Queens Quay East (but they're sold at every other branch).

Boycotts against "israeli" goods due to the gen0cide in Gaza and "Israel's" illegal occupation of Palestine have been working. decided to cheat their customers. It is vital for product labeling to reflect the origin of goods accurately, allowing consumers to exercise their rights to support or boycott as they see fit.

Obscuring the product's origin not only deceives the consumer but also disrespects the principles of the boycott movement, which aims to apply economic pressure on "israeli" and all products and goods that support gen0cide and illegal occupation. Transparency in product labeling is a cornerstone of consumer trust and informed choice, particularly in a politically sensitive context!!!

Shame on we expect an apology for cheating your customers.

We'll be reporting this to the Competition Bureau.

More for my class. Some might argue that developing for beginners might be too "advanced" but I believe should be built from the start. before main lifting that is usually or prepares them better for the task. Stand on a box, step off with your lead foot, land on both, c**k your arms back and exlpode up on another box landing above parallel. Felt like a military drill sergeant! killing it as usual. definitely higher box next time.

I train relaxed, and I admire others who do that too. When you make lifting seem more simple and fun (and it really is) then people will see it that way too and that's great. If you make lifting look hard by exerting tons of physical and emotional effort, you end up teaching your own body that lifting is indeed… [ 1373 more words. ]

CrossFit My Ass - The Last Bar Bender

When you're a coach, there comes a time where people expect you to have a stand on everything in the fitness world. If you're a powerlifting coach, you look down on CrossFit, otherwise your fellow "powerlifters" will think you're a sissy. If you're a bodybuilding coach, you look down on CrossFit and powerlifting training, saying it'll cause too many injuries and will keep you small. [ 1105 more words. ]
