1️⃣ Swiss Ball Oblique Twists — 8 each side
2️⃣ Swiss Ball Crunches — 15 reps
3️⃣ Swiss Ball Lying Leg Lifts — 15 reps
4️⃣ Swiss Ball Plank Circles— 6 each side
5️⃣ Swiss Ball Passing V-ups— 10 reps
6️⃣ Swiss Ball Knee Tucks— 6-10 reps
7️⃣ Swiss Ball Pike Ups — 10 reps
8️⃣ Swiss Ball Single Leg Knee Tucks- 5 each side
Core strength isn’t about aesthetics.
