Change can happen WITHOUT cutting your calories in half!

Let me just add that I’ve been training for over 10 years so I know EXACTLY what it takes to change because I’ve been through it over and over again

I share this to share that this is a journey. It ebbs and flows. It changes w/ the different seasons of your life & it won’t always be the same & THATS OKAY!

And I share this because GUILT is one of the biggest blocks that’s preventing your body to do what you want it to which is why I created a three step process that WORKS when you focus on what ACTUALLY MOVES the needle in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming or unnachievable

Here are the three things I focused on:

1. Worked on my mindset: it starts here first
2. Cutting out all the noise - not just talking about it but DOING IT
3. Focusing on my macros for my goals & lifestyle

You’re not broken and neither are your hormones - you just NEED A better SYSTEM & I can say this confidently because I’ve changed my body composition MANY times & helped women like you do the same

High protein gluten free chicken tenders!

I found this recipe & fell in love because it’s easy, includes Dijon & comes together in under 30 min

I did two packs of chicken so the Ingredients are doubled

Chicken:

+ 950g chicken breast

Breadcrumbs:

+ 3 cups gluten free panko crumbs
+ spray of evoo or avocado oil

Batter:

+ 2 eggs
+ 2 tbsp mayo (I used vegan mayo)
+ 3 tbsp dijon (my absolute FAVE!)
+ 4 tbsp gluten free flour
+ 1 tsp salt

Method:

+ cut your chicken breast into desired size of tenders (make sure they’re all relatively the same size so they cook evenly)
+ preheat oven to 400
+ spread panko on a baking tray, spray with oil - bake for 3 to 5 minutes until light golden & place in a shallow bowl

+ place batter ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until combined
+ add chicken into batter & toss until completely coated
+ with a fork, place chicken (one piece at a time) into the panko and transfer to a parchment lined baking tray
+ with the oven at 400 - oven roast or bake for 15 mins. Turn oven off & leave for an additional 1-2 mins (depending on thickness of chicken)

These are incredddibleee and something the whole family wil love! Have them on their own or add to a bowl like in my last slide and top with some hot honey
