Change can happen WITHOUT cutting your calories in half!
Let me just add that I’ve been training for over 10 years so I know EXACTLY what it takes to change because I’ve been through it over and over again
I share this to share that this is a journey. It ebbs and flows. It changes w/ the different seasons of your life & it won’t always be the same & THATS OKAY!
And I share this because GUILT is one of the biggest blocks that’s preventing your body to do what you want it to which is why I created a three step process that WORKS when you focus on what ACTUALLY MOVES the needle in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming or unnachievable
Here are the three things I focused on:
1. Worked on my mindset: it starts here first
2. Cutting out all the noise - not just talking about it but DOING IT
3. Focusing on my macros for my goals & lifestyle
