Every session is a complete full body workout that also involves high intensity cardio. The core martial arts style we train in is karate, incorporating techniques from several other styles, and formulated to be practical and efficient in a modern, urban environment. Our motto is "get fit, have fun, learn to fight". You will get a great workout every time, you will develop effective fighting/self-
defence skills, and you'll have a good time doing it. We are a community of friendly, high energy people who are interested in keeping fit and practising martial arts. Come out and give a class a try. You just need to bring workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude.
