FightFit TKJ (Toronto Karate Jutsu) Get fit. Have fun. Learn to Fight. We do intense, bootcamp style workouts combined with drills and techniques drawn from a wide variety of martial arts.

Every session is a complete full body workout that also involves high intensity cardio. The core martial arts style we train in is karate, incorporating techniques from several other styles, and formulated to be practical and efficient in a modern, urban environment. Our motto is "get fit, have fun, learn to fight". You will get a great workout every time, you will develop effective fighting/self-

defence skills, and you'll have a good time doing it. We are a community of friendly, high energy people who are interested in keeping fit and practising martial arts. Come out and give a class a try. You just need to bring workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude. Please leave a message if you are interested in trying out a free class, so that we know to expect you.

For the time being, there will be no more regularly scheduled Monday bootcamps. This page will still be used for announcements, for occasional bootcamps, discussion, sharing links/resources, and for fundraiser events. Also let me know if you have any fitness or self defence related questions.

Great session today! We did some intense impact conditioning, some classic karate stances and techniques, and we practised defending yourself against three attackers from the ground!

Great bootcamp today. We had an intense full body, functional workout using ropes and exercise bands. For technique, we drilled a variety of elbows, kicks, blocks, and hammer fists, and finished off with two on one fighting.
