Running Station Running Station is a School of Natural Running with scientifically based comprehensive approach, designed for distance runners of all levels.

The unique methodology includes result oriented programs, covering deep dive into the basics of biomechanics, trainings with professional coaches, sports doctor consultations, and networking events with motivational speakers. Programs:

Programs start dates are chosen according to certain local or international marathons, which makes traveling a part of each program. Both beginners and experienced

runners who want to challenge themselves and run a targeted distance can benefit from 3 main programs offered from Running Station:
• 10k – run 10 km in 7 weeks with professional coach in indoor running track
• Half-Marathon - run 21,1 km in 7 weeks with professional coach in indoor running track
• Marathon - run 42,2 km in 14 weeks with professional coach in indoor running track

Locations:
Training programs are currently offered in 2 locations during the winter season:
• Toronto Track and Field Center – 231 Ian Macdonald Boulevard
•Monarch Park Stadium – 1 Parkmount Road
