Let me tell you something you don’t know

In 2015, when I hired my coach, I didn’t tell a soul. NO ONE.
Not any family. Not a single friend.

Why? Because I knew deep down, this was my journey.

I knew I needed help.
I needed to confront my excuses. I was soooo sick of my own s**t.
I knew I had it in me, but I knew I couldn’t do it alone.

I didn’t want to hear comments from people like, “You’re fine as you are” or “Can’t you just do it on your own?”

Because, truthfully, I wasn’t fine. I was miserable, depressed & had a very weak mindset. A single comment could’ve shattered me making me second guess what I was doing.

I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. That I could push through.

So I worked in silence.

I dropped 30 pounds in 3 months. It was HARD. I cried almost every day. I fought through the workouts I didn’t want to do, the cardio sessions. I pushed past the days I had no energy and dragged myself to the gym.

But guess what? It wasn’t just about the weight.

What I gained was SO much more than a new body. I developed a new mindset & that’s what truly changed me even to this day.

I started believing in myself.
I started looking at life in a different way.
I started feeling happier.
The process turned my life around and I found my purpose again.

When I finally shared my journey, no comment, no doubt could sway me.

I was strong minded.
I was determined.
I had proven to myself that I could do anything.

So here’s what I want you to know:

1. You can do anything & it’s normal to feel scared to take that step.

2. Sometimes all you need is to work in silence for a period of time to change the direction of your life.

3. The things that feel scary in life are the things that we need to do the most.

Thanks to 2015 Lisa, 2025 Lisa wouldn’t be here without having the courage to take that step.

At 54, my client is proves that age is no barrier to transformation.

We’ve been working together for about 10 months.

In total she has lost 17 pounds, shed inches all over, flattened her belly, banished bloat, and greatly improved her sleep.

When we first spoke, she doubted her body could change at her age because she has always heard “when you reach 50 it goes downhill!”

We worked on her mindset and followed these steps:

1. Created a nutrition plan tailored to her needs.
2. Addressed digestive issues by adjusting her vegetarian diet.
3. Prioritized resistance training allowing her to add more muscle to her frame which ultimately lead to quicker fat loss.

“Wow, this a big investment maybe I should hold off”

Were my exact words before joining.

I’m speaking about the fear I felt leading up to this business event I attended just a few months ago.

I do not regret saying YES. Not one bit. And I am so glad I did not let the fear I had signing up stop me.

I share this with you today because most times, the thing we most need in life, is doing what we fear.

Having fear is okay.

Fear made me freeze from taking that first step and making an investment.

My mind tried to convince me:
It’s too expensive.
Do I really need this?
Can’t I just wait hold off until another time?
I’m so busy with my personal life and work, maybe now is not the right time.

All of these are BS excuses. I had to call myself out…. Just sad stories I was telling myself.

It’s when we allow our fears to dictate what we do next, this is what causes a big problem because it blocks us from taking action steps forward that we know we need to make.

When you take action despite what you feel, you will notice just how much you can achieve.

I share this with you today to encourage you to take action on what’s been on your heart and mind.

Instead of asking yourself, what if you fail, ask yourself, what if you succeed?

At 62, Daniela is in her best shape and health.

4 years ago Daniela reached out to me on her drive home from a Montreal girls trip eager to start my one on one online coaching program.

As we close out this year and step into 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s ahead! This holiday season is my time to reset. Mentally, physically, and emotionally.

For me, 2025 is all about growth: personal growth, business growth, and helping more women transform their lives. It’s about stepping into my next level with intention, and it starts now.

Just like with any big goals, they don’t happen overnight. They’re built through small, consistent actions and a commitment to showing up, no matter what.

Today, I chose to show up for myself. I got out of bed before my alarm, crushed a solid workout.

Since 2021 for me, it’s been all about persistence even when situations were not ideal. Persistence got me here. Alive. And for that I am grateful.

2025 is about health, big dreams and an unstoppable mindset. I will move forward with faith, trusting God to guide my steps and lead me toward the path meant for me.
