It was nice working with everyone at the Gloucester Traditional Karate Association. This evening's training finished with two man drills designed to gain more speed and penetrating power behind the strikes. Abante and Atras footwork was added to the drills using the Media and Fronta striking. The evening finished with reviewing the Cinco Teros using follow through strikes and retracting strikes from our last session in May.

The CCEKA was kindly invited to teach I.T.A.K. eskrima at the Gloucester Traditional Karate Association. The session started with the Tatsulok footwork (triangular stepping), followed by two man Banda y Banda striking drills using zig zag patern footwork built on the previous Tatsulok pattern. More striking drills were added.

The CCEKA was kindly invited to introduce ITAK eskrima to students at the Gloucester Traditional Karate Association. Students practiced basic footwork (segitas) paired with Cinco Teros stick work. It was a lot of fun working with everyone. (　･⁠ ω⁠･⁠)／ \(･ω⁠ ･⁠　)

It's never to late in the day to train eskrima! C.C.E.K.A. members worked on elements of I.T.A.K. eskrima focusing on tombada blocking which included flow up strikes, disarms and takedowns found in Trankada Aldabon eskrima and Kali Ilustrisimo. (2021/09/29) ( -ω-)／\(-ω- )
