Fraser is gearing up to run 100 miles at in 2 days!! He gets a lot of questions on how he fuels during the race.
Short answer it’s a lot of jells 🫠😩 all about getting calories & salt into him every hour!

Pretty cold here in Toronto Ontario 🥶🌡️ but had to keep the streak alive. Day 592☑️

Little life update, was hoping to get into UTMB this year but that’s okay. Now I am able to shift gears an try some other cool races on my list!
