Over the last 12 weeks, you’ve shown up with commitment, effort, and consistency — and that does NOT go unnoticed… especially through the cold, dark winter months 🥶
Over the last 3 programs you..
- Crushed your 1 bell + 2 bell squat and deadlift standards
- Spent time building strength through eccentrics and pauses → now hitting 3RM lifts
- Dialed in skills like the Turkish get-up and kettlebell swings
- Pushed intensity and volume in your AMRAPs
- reverse lunges → Zercher curtsy
- staggered deadlifts → explosive clean + stomp
We’ve seen:
- Strength go up
- Power become more explosive
- Range of motion improve
- Confidence in movement grow
