During a time when the entire world was told to STOP🛑 Jabari made the decision to GO⏩

While most felt crushed by waiting in isolation, Jah was crushing weights and isolating deez bicep curls💪🏾😆 haha

Seriously though, after being attacked during a seemingly regular walk in the park with his dog, Jabari learned that tomorrow isn’t guaranteed and decided to take action by adopting a different mindset; 1 of possibility and growth —
3 months later, manifests a physical body and kung fu skills to match🧠🦾

With no access to indoor or outdoor gyms, Jah truly is the definition of 💯

Your personal growth, both spiritually and physically is awe-inspiring, to say the least. When you first reached out to start training, you were at war with yourself - mentally, emotionally and physically - but I could see the warrior spirit inside you craving to be reborn and I felt honoured that you chose me to help guide you along your journey.
