Absolutely—but it's not about becoming a powerlifter.
In this video, our 18-year-old fighter is putting in the work, repping out 225 lbs for 14 reps. That's the result of consistent strength training, discipline, and a commitment to becoming a more complete athlete.
Strength training when done properly helps fighters:

✅ Improve clinch and grappling strength
