As we self-sequester, one of the most useful things we can do is behave in proactive ways to maintain and boost our own immune system - specifically enhancing our bronchial and cardio-vascular health. And our fav' way is dancing and moving. While today is a glorious day to be outside, doing a hike in the woods is a great option where it's easy to maintain safe distances from others, and get fresh air into our bodies.
And for days at home, Nia HQ is sharing NiaTV free for a month. I (Kirstie Smallman) am not hosting in-person classes for a while, for safer-than-sorry reasons during the covid-19 situation. However, I am going to offer a short Zoom call before I dance, and if you'd like to get free access to NiaTV (for a month - link attached) message me with your email address and I'll add you to the call and the time you can make :-) On the Zoom I'll set the focus and intent and answer any questions you have about how we can use Nia to heal and boost our immunity in body, mind, emotions and spirit.
