On this weeks; what’s the nutritionist eating!? We have a classic Portuguese dish that’s super easy to make. Codfish salad.

Step 1: Soak the cod changing the water every day for two days
Step 2: Boil the cod and potatoes separately until cooked.

Step 3: put together the cod and potatoes and add Olive oil, garlic, onions, vinegar and salt (depending on how salty the cod was)

Step 4: store in the fridge and you have lunches for the week, depending on how much you make. Delicious and really easy.
