For every exercise we teach we are thinking what comes before ! What seed was planted where to the roads lead back to and most importantly how can we build you up for success!

Sometimes its more obvious than others and most times it’s not something you can describe just an intuitive somatic journey we have taken you on so you get to try the thing simply by taking all the steps to get there.

What do ‘they’ say about the journey… that’s the whole story right ?

This is a crucial tenant of how we teach at Muse and is written into everything from teacher training to policy handbooks : how can you make sure people have everything they need - not only simply to go on the journey but to understand it !

Meet two great teachers and relatively recent grads from the Muse Teacher Training In Toronto: Kelsey (Mat) and Vivianne (Mat and Reformer ) !

We asked them what their fave thing about the program was and we had to slice up the answers or we would be on IG all day ! We may have shed a tear or two their answers were so lovely !

We are pretty obsessed with our fur babies around here.

The vision of Muse was always to make it feel more like a home than a business.

A place you could plop in the living room with your pals and just happen to also get a quality movement experience led by one of your friends.

Having studio dogs with personalities as varied and lovely as our teachers is just part of that living room experience.

Come for Pilates, stay for the doggos.

Meet the dogs of Muse Teacher Training. Zoey in Lisbon and Nalu in Toronto

These angels got a a lot of love and regulated a lot of nervous systems this past weekend as we hosted our Trainings in Lisbon and Toronto .

We have a faculty that will blow your mind with how much knowledge they have but we aren’t overly curated or serious or clinical and we make learning fun and accessible and cuddly !

Both cities’ next trainings are now live in 🔗
