TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Here at Royal York FC, we subscribe to a player development model, executed through 4 basic programs: Development Training, Elite Training, Competitive Team Program and Recreational League Play. Our Development Training is for younger players from the age of 3, and aims to build a foundation for their future success. From the age of 10, players can either move into a Competiti

ve stream, or a Recreational stream for league play. And as players grow and mature, we continue to support them with our Elite Training.

Girls Rep Prep runs 2 times per week; one day of technical training and one day of games at our NEW LOCATION: The Soccer Roof

Players will:
Learn new technical skills including passing, shooting, dribbling
Learn proper defensive body positioning
Understand team dynamic play
Execute new skills on game days
