Why personal attention really matters...
The role of your instructor is to guide and challenge you in the appropriate ways that align with your goals. On top of that, an instructor that pays attention to the little things, your mood, your stress levels, getting to know you on a more personal level, will take your sessions to the next level. When an instructor takes those extra few minutes to ask you how your day/week went, will actually give them more insight on how your body is going to move that day, and what kind of session it's going to be. Higher intensity, quicker pace, or calm, mobility focused, and gentle.
We work with you as an individual, not just a body. Because when the mind is stressed, and overwhelmed, the body doesn't move the same way. So, we focus on listening to you and learning your body. What works for you, and what doesn't. Finding that perfect recipe of movements that works for both your mind and body.
