Most guys think they train hard….They don’t.
Hard training isn’t sweat, noise, theatrics, or “feeling the burn.”
It’s clean reps taken one inch (I know you guys are familiar with that form of measure) from failure … tracked, repeated, and beaten (also used to beating those inches) week after week.
If your sets don’t look like this, your physique will never look the way you think it should. Your effort will not match your vision.
