Our Mommy & Me Classes start next week and this is your sign to finally get back into movement without needing to leave your baby behind.

This isn’t a baby class.
This is a real workout for moms.

Think Pilates, strength, movement, music and energy… while your baby stays right by your side.

This is more than just a new location. This is a dream that started with a vision, built step by step, class by class, student by student.

To every Impact parent who trusted us with your child… thank you. You didn’t just enroll your kids in martial arts. You helped build this home. A place where kids grow in confidence, discipline, and belief in themselves.

This building will stand for years in this community. And every single one of you is part of that story.

I’ll be honest… I feel like a kid whose dream just came true.

Our Learn to Earn Wall is officially up at Impact Martial Arts and it is already making a huge impact in our studio.

This is more than just a wall. It is a system that teaches kids real life skills while giving them something meaningful to work toward. Each badge represents a value like focus, respect, discipline, leadership, confidence and teamwork.

As students train, they are not just learning martial arts. They are being recognized for how they show up. When a student puts in effort, helps others, shows respect or pushes through challenges, they earn badges that reflect those actions.

This helps kids understand that success is not just about talent. It is about habits, mindset and the choices they make every day.

We are already seeing a shift. Students are more focused, more confident and starting to lead by example. They take pride in earning their badges and holding themselves to a higher standard.

This is what Impact Martial Arts is all about. Building strong minds, strong bodies and strong character.

We are moving to Impact King West at 215 Niagara St in 18 days. The gym is already set up and ready for March Break Camp starting Monday March 16.
We will begin a soft opening this month and move programs over in stages while running some classes at both locations. All classes will officially move to the Niagara location on April 6.
