One ball. One wall. 🎾🧱

Some of the best hands in the NHL were built against a garage wall or an arena wall, not on the ice. All it takes is a tennis ball and 10 minutes.

Swipe for the first two drills of the circuit. The full 5-drill sheet, with set-up, level-ups and the gut check, is in the membership today.

Do it 3–4 times a week and you'll feel it in your glove hand. 🥅

Your D can't see what you see. So tell them. 🗣️

The quietest goalie in the building is leaving saves on the table. Here are 3 calls every goalie should own: "Time!" "Man on!" "Wheel!"

That's just a taste. The other 2 calls, how to talk, team talk and the gut check are on the membership. Sign up for Crease Access or Crease Elite and get the full guide.

People walk into the rink and see this guy sitting in a chair at the edge of the ice, and you can see them thinking: why's he just sitting there?

What they don't realize is that's not a chair — that's a throne. Mr. 98 Bujar Amidovski doesn't need to move to coach. The knowledge he drops from that seat is next-level.

Bujar is in charge of our video critiques. Every goalie who attends our camps gets real time feedback and a CoachNow | Coaching Platform account

Your development doesn't stop when you step off the ice. Get video breakdowns, feedback, and drills from our coaches right on your phone, so you can keep getting 1% better every single day.

Respect the throne. 👑

Dry gear. Fresh start. 🥅

Goalie gear is expensive, and wet gear breaks down fast. A few minutes after every skate protects your gear and your wallet.

Quick hits:
🧽 Wipe your blades right away - wet blades rust and dull fast
🎒 Never zip wet gear up for the ride home
🔥 Never dry pads on a heater and always attach all velcro

That's just a taste. Sign up for Crease Access or Crease Elite and get the entire routine, from the dressing room to home, weekly and monthly. That's what our members get.

Want to know why video/ Pictures are so powerful for young goalies?

This is Titan, one of our U8 grassroots goalies from Salt Lake Effect

In the first clip, his feet are a little too wide, and his gloves aren't quite in the right position.

Instead of just telling Titan what he needs to fix and demoing it, we also use the CoachNow | Coaching Platform to compare his before and after.

Right after i showed Titan the issue, he immediately was able to identify areas to improve on and his exact words were

"I look like that! yikes"

Now he was actually able see it for himself. Some goalies are more visual learners. This is the tool that we use for our members and students.

From Pro to grassroot goalies, seeing is believing!

Bring the feet closer, get those gloves facing up, and suddenly his stance is more balanced, athletic, and ready to move.

That's what we want — not just goalies who can make saves, but young goalies who understand why they're making them.

Great job, Titan. Keep working!
