Sisters don’t always agree.

Some days you’re laughing together. Other days you’re pushing each other’s buttons. Training together isn’t always easy—but that’s where the growth happens.

Iron sharpens iron. Every round, every challenge, every hard conversation makes you both a little stronger.

The mats have a way of teaching us that respect is earned, resilience is built, and family isn’t about never disagreeing—it’s about choosing each other anyway.

At the end of the day, medals fade, competitions end, and bruises heal.

The fundamentals may not always be flashy, but they’re what everything else is built on. Every sweep, submission, escape, and transition starts with a solid foundation. Tonight’s gi class is another reminder that progress isn’t found in shortcuts — it’s found in the countless reps, details, and discipline that happen day after day.
