A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to the Carbon Bar on August 26 for our annual medal reveal event. 🩷

We are so excited to unveil this year’s medal with the new (old) iconic Yonge St start line. For those who are new to the event, the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon also started on Yonge St. back in 1999.

We are excited to return to our roots and feature this iconic landmark on the 2026 medal design! 🌆🎉

Stay tuned for the upcoming unveiling of the official shirt design next week. 👀

We had a blast at our Supported Long Run #2 from Budapest Park on Saturday. 🏃‍♀️🎉

The team showed up, put in the KM’s, and were very well taken care of along the way.

And our partners came through with the goods:

👟 Fresh demo kicks on feet thanks to ASICS
⚡ Organika electrolytes & Hornet Energy gels keeping everyone fuelled on course
🎁 Prizes? Oh, there were prizes.
🍦 And yes, post-run treats. Obviously. 🍦

5K, 15K, 20K, 25K... no matter the distance, everyone crossed the finish line of this training run feeling like October is very much within reach. 💙

Summer training can hit you right in the feels when it comes to self doubt and imposter syndrome. 🙂‍↕️

Humidity and heat will slow your paces by literal MINUTES per KM and you may feel like you won’t meet your goals 11 weeks from now.

But trust the process!

When you aren’t hitting your paces, go by effort. 💪✨

You’ll see the results in the fall when the heat breaks.

And if it doesn’t? You’ve been training for this! ☀️🔥
