I will be conducting a live class Wednesday March 25th, 6pm for 45 minutes.
Get your karate gi ready and train hard.
All ages and belts can take part.
This class will help you brush up on your basic karate techniques plus give you a great workout.
Please warm up before class.

1. Class will be 45 mins, the main topic will be V footwork.
2. Ex*****on of basic techniques using the V footwork.
3. Helpful with hand / foot coordination,
4. Strong foot connection to the floor,
5. Keeping a level position while moving,
6. Arm / hip coordination.
