EDIT - For those who said they'd play (or try to) - I guess there are enough team reserves that coupled with the 7 of us we can put together a small-sided scrimmage. I have to get my staff set-up to work the event itself, but do plan to head down to our old practice field and join in at some point. Cannot wait to see whomever is coming out for this or just the game and lunch!
Also - incase you did not know this BUT "Alumni Field/Stadium" that Bart Zemanek keeps referring to in his emails is actually our "old" stadium (formerly York Stadium). We are NOT at the new York Lions Stadium Sunday as the turf is being fixed after issues last year and the dome is going up for the winter early because of this construction.

Women’s Soccer Alumni,
RSVP’s have begun to pick-up, and we now have 17 alumnae that will attend. However, of those 17 only 4 have said they will absolutely play and 3 being a ‘Hard Maybe’. I much prefer that we host a sperate Women’s Alumni game, but if we don’t get to the needed numbers, those alumnae that want to play will play in a mixed game with the Men’s side. We still please ask that all that are attending to please officially RSVP so that we have enough food (for all in attendance) and gifts (alumni only) for all that attend https://forms.gle/A3VeMQT1vuX2yJEUA . We will close the RSVP link at 12 pm on Friday October 21st!
A few updates regarding our alumnae event/game this upcoming Sunday:
• We will open our doors at 10:30 am (Alumni Field) for alumni that wish to drop their stuff somewhere prior to the alumni game
• Alumni game will start at 11 am sharp on the grass soccer field right beside alumni field (if numbers remain low, alumnae that wish to play will join the men’s game)
• For those that wish to shower, they will have access to the general changeroom at the Tait McKenzie Bldg. (ask front desk staff for a towel and changeroom access code).
• Lunch and social will begin at 12 pm in the 3rd floor lounge. Please RSVP so we have a meal waiting for you.
• Alumni will also receive a gift, unfortunately due to cost, these are only available to alumni, so once again please ensure you RSVP so we know you are coming
• Women’s Varsity game starts at 1 pm with the Men’s game starting at 3:15 pm
