Will never stop shouting from the rooftops that we need to unlearn that the *only reason* to be in the gym is to get slim. There are roughly 65,000 other reasons, but who’s counting?

➕ boosted confidence
➕ reduced violent outbursts towards bigots
➕ increased mental clarity for snappier comebacks to internet trolls
➕ better s*x
➕ increased likelihood that you’ll be able to overtake painfully slow walkers
➕ increased sense of superiority when you mention your workout
➕ and so on…
