The Story Behind the Sacral Chakra Mat:

For years, I lived in control—no strong emotions, no chaos. Everything was in order—predictable, repetitive, and dull. Like water left to sit too long, and started to feel trapped, heavy, and lifeless.

Then, one November, an emotional event shook my world—something I wasn’t ready for. I wasn’t ready for the flow of emotions that came with it, and my first instinct was to fight it, push it away, and stay rigid, emotionless, and in control.

But this time, something was different. I was tired of holding it all in—I was ready to let go. I let the emotions come—messy, raw, real.

Joy, sadness, guilt, love… I let myself feel all of it.

And in that surrender, something woke up in me.

I started laughing more, loving harder, crying freely, sharing openly, and feeling everything.

I started to live again.

In that moment, this mat was born—not yet in the physical, but as an idea waiting to manifest. Now, it’s here—to remind you what’s possible when you let yourself go with the flow of life.
