Just a few days away from our last run of the season this Wednesday in Leaside! Your support has been greatly appreciated this summer raising money for and !

We will be selling our T-shirts at the last run for $25! Additionally, the membership which includes a T-shirt, tie dye socks, and access to our last run is now $45

Our last run of the season in Leaside will feature host leading the group through a mindfulness warm up before the run led by . Custom Mind Frame hats will be given to the first 55 participants!

Raffle Time! 🎉

We are raffling off two jerseys thanks to our friends and !

*DM to purchase tickets. 1 entry for $10, 3 entries for $20!* tickets are on sale until Saturday the 29th.

The winner will take home both signed jersey by and a jersey signed by the entire team!
