Bismack Biyombo recently opened a school in his home country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and each classroom is named after every team he played for in the NBA.

The Raptors classroom was personally special for me, because, I speak for many Toronto Raptors fans, and we LOVED everything Bismack Biyombo did, especially in the 2016 Playoffs/ECF run.

Jake Fischer on the latest intel regarding the pending Clippers-Raptors Kawhi trade saga:

-Clippers are not trying to renegotiate the trade. They are simply working on their front office structure/situation following the suspensions to Steve Ballmer/Lawrence Frank.

-Kawhi Leonard is in Miami with the Toronto Raptors for a non-team-official minicamp. He’s doing individual work, but is not working alongside others players on the team. Brandon Ingram, per Jake’s sources, is working out every day at the Clippers’ training facility.

-Jake has not been given any indication that the Clippers intend to re-route Brandon Ingram at this time. It could be a possibility in the future (i.e., towards the trade deadline) but certainly not at this time.

“For me, it’s probably just learning the pace of the game… I got to just, be me, shoot the ball when I’m open, play defence hard, and play with tons of energy. I feel like if I do that, I’mma have no problems.”

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe — stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.

Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson — who was fired by Leonard in June — is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
