TAB Fitness TAB Fitness offers original. effective personal training and classes for women and men. Feel like you’ve done something. Something good.

The Art of Balance was founded on three principles:

RIGHT CLASS:
Each person comes with a unique desire, goal and level of experience. That's why TAB has such a wide range of classes. RIGHT APPROACH:
Many modern machines and fads isolate muscles and focus too specifically on one aspect of physical health. We subscribe to a fitness philosophy that is more natural, fun and fulsome. RIGHT TIME:
We are right here in your neighbourhood, ready to welcome you. Take an hour (or more) for yourself, step out and enjoy a class.

What a wonderful privilege it is to watch up and coming dancers pursing their passion. Fall for Dance North Festival has a special preview of the rehearsal process of these pieces at Union station from 12-2pm again this Thursday. This is a collaboration between graduates of the The Performance Dance Program at TMU and Canada’sNationalBalletSchool students in the Company Life program. Watching artistry develop and refine so closely is a beautiful moment to see. Even better when you’re watching your own child. Please support the Fall for dance festival. Let’s keep the arts alive in our city 🫶🏾

nuitblancheto is a wonderful opportunity for social commentary through art. Our daughter suggested we attend and this is my first time. I really found it fascinating. Artists are the heartbeat of society, we need to support our artists more. Everyone benefits🥰

I took this photo last night as a reminder. We need to be more aware about how we treat mother nature. She raged yesterday…..

I am still trying to wrap my head around the loss of Randolph Performing Arts Centre. This magical place gave me the skills I needed to thrive in an industry that can be challenging. I know I mentioned a few teachers I was grateful to but I wanted to mention some more Alina Adjemian Desirée Champion Castingroom Stephanie George Randolph Ron Singer Tara Montague-Restagno Noreen Waibel D.E.R.E.K. Patti Milne Sean Frederick So many other wonderful people who gave me an opportunity to explore my talents. I know I have missed people and I sincerely apologize. My classmates, what a ride we had I am so appreciative of our time together, I miss you all. To the students, there is a wealth of knowledge in our alumni community. Please tap in we want to support you. Love you all♥️

I stumbled upon a message in my instagram inbox about an organization looking for applications for black female choreographer’s to participate in a choreography lab. I have tried in the past to participate in other choreography labs and was rejected, but to my surprise I and was selected to join .
I do not believe in coincidence I believe things happen for a reason. The opportunity to participate in the Yensa Festival 2026 Choreography Lab produced by Lua Shayenne Dance Company and dance Immersion was a unique experience. Surrounded by other artists who have interests in choreography was a true blessing. To watch everyones process and to be included in discussions rooted in personal reflection, community and collaboration was a beautiful way to spend my Saturday. I was able to explore my own depth as an artist and that was something I didn’t know I needed until I was there. A fantastic group of women were led by Lisa Karen Cox and N A T A S H A P O W E L L These facilitators helped us to feel safe and opened us up to explore. To me just being in the room was a blessing♥️ Thank you for the experience
