If you’ve got endurance goals this year, whether it’s a 5K, half marathon, marathon, HYROX, or simply wanting to feel stronger while you run, this program is for you.

Race Ready Collective is a 6 week small group strength training program for endurance athletes focused on:

• Building strength that transfers to performance
• Improving resilience and durability
• Moving more efficiently
• Recovering better between sessions and races

This past season, we saw huge improvements in performance and movement quality, and we’re excited to build on that momentum this summer.

Hey everyone, Happy Pride from all of us at Ferris 360. 🏳️‍🌈

Creating a space where everyone feels they belong is something we care deeply about. We’re grateful to support our clients every day and to work with youth in our community, making fitness and wellness accessible, welcoming, and inclusive for all.

On June 15, all proceeds from classes at Ferris 360 will be donated to Friends of Ruby, an incredible organization supporting the mental health, wellbeing, and housing needs of q***r youth.

We’re proud to support their work and to continue building a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and welcome.

Coach Cynthia is a Personal Trainer and Weightlifting Coach passionate about helping clients, especially women, build strength, confidence, and long term health.

Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete looking to improve technique, Cynthia works with all experience levels. With her recent Eleiko Weightlifting Level 1 certification, she’s also incorporating Olympic weightlifting to develop strength, skill, and power.

Class Schedule:

This Wednesday, May 13 at 5:30 PM, the class will be FREE to book.

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE

The Sporting Life 10K is taking place this Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Ferris 360 is located at Yonge & Davisville directly on the race route. Yonge Street will be fully closed to traffic Sunday morning as runners make their way south through Midtown and Downtown Toronto.

Please note that all Ferris 360 classes and training sessions are still running as scheduled.

Race Start: 7:30 AM
Road Closures Begin: As early as 4:00 AM
Expected Reopening Near Davisville: Approximately 12:00 PM

If you are attending the gym Sunday morning:
• Please allow extra travel time
• TTC is strongly recommended
• Expect delays and limited vehicle access near Yonge & Davisville

Join us at Ferris 360 for a Free workshop for Fitness Professionals, Coaches, and Instructors looking to become stronger communicators and more confident leaders.

Led by Lori from PlayWorks, this session will focus on public speaking, communication skills, confidence, and learning how to better connect with the people you coach and lead.
