📣 Remote Workouts EVENT📣

Our Umma STUDENTS will engage in home-based training exercises, including push-ups, sit-ups, katas, jumping jacks & self-defense techniques.

This initiative offers a unique chance maintain conditioning and review what techniques were learned on WEEKLY classes. InshaAllah. 🤲🏾 🥋

🕑 Time: 6:30pm - 7:00pm (kids)

🕖 7:00pm - 7:30pm (adults)
