Time is literally flying less than 12 days until Summer.
No need to be hard on yourself if you aren't were you want to be physically. It's be a tough year for many.
What you can do is focus on the things you can control.
Here are some tips to help get you on track:
1. Adequate Rest is a Must
2. Increase Water Intake
3. Reduce Distractions less screen time, Neflix included
4. If working from home, get rid of those snacks at your workstation
4. Have an accountability partner
5. Schedule your workouts
6. Prep your meals in advance. 3 days worth is possible.
7. MOVE. During lunch or breaks get outside, go for a walk if possible.
8. Take baby steps. You don't need to eliminate everything at once.
