One of the best ways to pick up your fitness and lose fat is to set a goal and stick with it.

Goals are easy to set and hard to achieve. If you don't have any goals in life, then
you're just drifting along day by day, which makes life rather boring.

There are basically two types of goals: short-term goals andlong-term goals.

A short-term goal would be something like losing ten pounds in a month.
A long-term goal would be getting into better physical shape or becoming an
athlete.
The first goal can be achieved through determination, but the second one takes a lot more hard work and dedication. I use goals as a way of measuring my progress and seeing how far I've come since the beginning of the year.

It's like setting benchmarks for yourself: I want to lose twenty pounds by next
month; I want to bench press three hundred pounds by next year; I want to become stronger by December; and so on. Goals give us direction and purpose in life, which helps us stay focused. They keep us from straying from our paths, especially if we have dreams we want to accomplish or people we love
who rely on us for support.

1: Set your workouts at specific times🕒
- Setting specific days and times for your workouts is a tried and true way to make sure you get in your exercise. If you know you have to be at the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 p.m., you're more likely to follow through than if you just plan to work out when you're in the mood. The same strategy can work for other chores that need to get done regularly such as cleaning the house or paying bills.

2: Do chores or projects before or after your workout time🙆
- Doing chores or projects before or after your workout time will help you get them done. If you do them during your workout time, that is time that will be wasted. Make sure to get all of your chores and projects are done before starting your exercise. By doing this, you won't have any distractions while you are working out.

3: Get up an extra 30 minutes earlier to start your day😎
- Getting up an extra half hour earlier each morning can make a big difference in how well you start your day. You can use this time to set up your day, so you can spend your afternoon doing more important tasks. This is also a great time to exercise. You'll be able to get it out of the way first thing in the morning. and, You'll be more likely to accomplish what you set out to do because you've already started the day on a positive note.

4: Try new workout activities you enjoy🏋️
- Trying new workout activities can help you stay excited about your fitness routine. Even if you don't enjoy the activity, you will still benefit from it. Switching to a new activity will keep your workouts interesting and exciting.

There are definitely benefits to be had from running both faster and farther, but it probably depends on your fitness objectives. For example, if you’re training to be competitive in a race, going faster will be key.🏃

But if you are trying to lose weight, running for a longer duration might be better🏋️

But if you want to run faster and farther, it is very important that you mix up your routine to ensure that you are running both faster and farther at regular intervals. By doing so, you will receive all-around results.✔️

Running faster—with the focus on maintaining that speed throughout your workout—helps build muscle and has the added benefit of increasing your overall running speed, even on days when you are training for distance instead.🏃 ✔️

Running longer distances, on the other hand, is good for endurance and helps you to burn a lot of calories in a single session. Both of these are beneficial to your general health and will help you in other areas of your life. Increased endurance will allow you to run longer distances even when jogging at a quicker pace.🏃🤗

Mixing up your training routine is usually a good idea because it prevents your body from becoming accustomed to the same routine. For best results, alternate speed and distance days, and you'll most likely discover that you've elevated your training to a whole new level.🏃👊
