Once you hit that third trimester, everything feels harder, and you truly never know when baby will come. These are three things I wish I had done before my baby came early at 36 weeks.

Trust me on the underwear 🩲

What did I miss? Let me know in the comments.

Pressure management, IAP, this is all fitness jargon that means very little to busy moms and moms-to-be like you.

What does it actually look like to engage your “deep core”? Let my average, non-six pack core show you.

If you want a deeper dive into core work - a run down of 360degree breathing and exercises you can use during your pregnancy to actually target your deep core my FREE Prenatal Core, Simplified guide is for you.

DM the word CORE and I’ll send it your way. 💌

Trend Hopping.

It’s HG awareness month. If you’re pregnant and can’t control your vomiting. Please talk to you health care team. It might not “just get better”. Doing nothing can be serious.

If any of these are happening in your body right now, your core needs more support — not less movement. 👇

Your back pain isn’t just “part of pregnancy.”
Leaking when you sneeze isn’t something you have to put up with.
And that ridge down your belly when you sit up? That’s your body asking for a different approach.

These are three of the most common signs I see in pregnant women who’ve pulled back from exercise because they’re not sure what’s safe anymore.

And here’s what I want you to know: the answer isn’t to stop moving. It’s to move smarter.

I created Prenatal Core, Simplified — a free guide with 10 pregnancy-safe core exercises — for exactly this. For the woman who was active before pregnancy, who wants to stay strong through it, and who deserves more than “just rest and do your kegels.”

💌 Comment CORE below and I’ll send it straight to your DMs.

Raise your hand if you’ve heard at least one of these 👆

The problem isn’t that you’re being cautious — caution makes sense when the stakes feel high. The problem is that a lot of the “rules” around pregnancy and exercise were never based on solid evidence to begin with.

The 140bpm rule? Retracted. The “no lifting” guidance? Not supported by current research. Back sleeping panic? Your body has better alarm systems than you think.
You don’t need to exercise less. You need better information.

That’s exactly why I created Prenatal Core, Simplified — a free guide with 10 pregnancy-safe core exercises to help you stay strong from bump to birth, with the why behind every move.
