📍TIP 1 consumir 0.7-1.5 g de proteína por kilo de peso
📍TIP 2- descansar por lo menos 6-7 horas, evitar bebidas con cafeína después de 4pm si eres muy sensible a esta
📍TIP 3- organiza tus entrenamientos sin mezclar los músculos que se trabajan al día anterior: para que este descanse.
📍 TIP 4 aprende a la ejecución de los ejercicios para evitar lesiones y no pierdas tu tiempo en el gym pudiendo ir progresando.
📍TIP 5- da lo maximo de ti para que veas resultados reales el límite no son 10 repeticiones
