A lot of people come to me to “lose that last 10 lbs” or have already made some progress but want to get even shredded…
Why IS it so hard to push past plateaus and achieve that next level look that seems to elude you?
Well, straight up… most people are not being specific enough with their training and nutrition approaches…
…even people who are fitness instructors and coaches themselves.
In fact, often it’s fitness pros, medical professionals, experienced lifters and people crushing fitness classes 6x/week who struggle with getting their bodies to respond…
Because it’s hard to focus on only your own training when you’re teaching classes and coaching a bunch of other people and being a mom and doing a bunch of stuff —
Which is exactly where was when she reached out…
She was doing all the right things for her personal health on top of teaching fitness classes and coaching her clients - she knows what to do, as a fitness pro herself.
But she wasn’t focused enough with her training and nutrition for the definition and tightness she was looking for (I.e. fitness model conditioning).
Handing her goals over to me, I took in all her data and lifestyle, history, hurdles, etc and developed an EXACT game plan for her to execute.
And execute she did…
Down about 10 lbs and 5 inches around her waist since early September, we’re NOT focusing on getting smaller..
In fact, we had been adding calories to our original meal plan, which was a modest deficit, up until a couple weeks ago when we started her cut for her photoshoot next week!
A shoot for STRONG Fitness mag 👀
I’m SO excited for her to have this opportunity and I can’t wait to share with you her shots and eventually - the publication!! 🙊
For Mel, losing that last 10 lbs came down to stepping back from trying to control everything and executing a nutrition and training plan designed to build muscle.
Stay tuned for her shoot next week 👀🙊🥳
