I've had chronic illness since I was a teenager. I always try to look on the positive side of things but these last few years have been challenging. As some of you know I've been having neurological issues since the end of 2023. My doctor and specialist think that it might be MS. Currently waiting for an MRI to find out.
It has made me really think about how I can change my fitness business not only to work within my own new limitations but to help others that might be going through the same thing.

I know it has been a while since I last posted. This year has been quite challenging. For the last 8 months, I have been battling with back issues that have caused nerve damage and leg numbness. We're still trying to find out the root cause of it all. The worst part I was told was no bending or stretching, which felt almost impossible... Especially since I loved working out so often.

Going through this has made me rethink how I can better train others who have had similar issues.

In the last few months, I went back into studying and aiming to be able to share new modified exercises with all of you soon. This has definitely taught me to never give up 🙂
