Here's to a 2.5 years love story we had with the Beaches community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for embracing our HIT 💙 it has been the source of joy, passion, strength, support and love for us all.

Words cannot express how much each of you individually has enriched , challenged and added to the creative fulfillment of being your trainers , fellow hitters and women warriors 💪 to have been able to call this space our home is enough to be grateful for , but to see and feel the effects of a passion project turned into life changing attitudes , inspiring transformations and uplifting women is enough for us to say we will be back one day.

Until then, here are a few moments we hold dear to capture the magic we all created✨ This space was a home because of you.

Folks .. we've arrived at our last opening day for Beaches Hit today 💙 While we are sad to announce the closure and to part with our members ,we wanted to take this day in celebration and thank you ALL for this past 2.5 years. The communHITy we have fostered, the friendships, the trust ... Having served as your happy place , your safety, a space to feel strong and to connect with amazing women... We cannot speak enough for the love we have for you all and how HIT has united us. 🌎
We will be open today for extended hours from 8am - 2pm and invite you all to stop by to say hello and toast to a farewell ! 🥂
UPDATE: Relocation details will become available with time - please stay up to date by following our head office social media (Facebook and Instagram). Until then , thank you again and again. Here's to one last HIT together 💪
