📅 March 22 – Conditioning Test
🏋️ March 23 – Back Squat Test
💪 March 25 – Bench Press Test

This is your chance to see where you’re starting, what you’re capable of, and how strong and fit you really are right now. When you know your baseline, you can train with purpose, track real progress, and push for bigger numbers next time.

We’ll retest in 8 weeks, so this is where the journey begins.
