New Year, New Challenge! πͺπΌ
Registration is now open for my semi-private group Pilates classes for beginners!
π Intro to Pilates Gym is a 4-week series of small group classes to help you strengthen your core, improve your mobility, and reduce tension and pain in those tight spots (ie. low back and shoulders).
Since the class is capped at 5 people, you get to practice Pilates in a small group setting AND get 1-on-1 attention to your form!
You're free to ask questions anytime and go at your own pace. (You can't really get this in a typical group fitness class)
Intro to Pilates Gym is perfect for you if:

You've been sitting and/or driving a lot and want exercises that help improve your posture and relieve back pain

You're looking for a safe and effective workout that's gentle on the joints but still works the whole body
