✨ A new chapter begins! ✨

I’m excited to share that I’ve found a new home for my dance & wellness business at In The Spirit Yoga Studio on Old Kingston Road in lovely Highland Creek.

This welcoming space will be home to my Wedding Dance Lessons, filming for the Online Wellness Studio, and more wellness offerings to come.

A huge thanks to First Step Yoga Studio, who recently closed, for being part of my journey.

Life requires us to adapt constantly, and here I go again. From West to East to slightly more East. Here’s to new beginnings 💕. Thank you In The Spirit Yoga ! I love this place!

I’ve been creating an Online Wellness Studio, and I’m thrilled to share that it will officially launch on July 1! 🎉

Qigong 💜

Let it be. Let it be. 💜

This is the practice I come back to again and again. My anchor. My reset.

Whenever I’m feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tense, or just “off,” Qigong brings me back to calm.

It’s also been incredibly supportive for managing pain and imbalances in my body. I’m still amazed at how 30 minutes of gentle, intentional movement can soften — and sometimes completely dissolve — physical discomfort.

The more I learn about this practice, the more I believe more people need to experience it. It’s simple, powerful, and deeply healing.

I first studied Qigong years ago at STQI Toronto and highly recommend them if you’re looking for authentic Qigong classes in Toronto.
