3 Tips to improve your serve 🎾.

*Load & Drive Up: Bend your knees during the toss, load your weight into your legs, then explode upward by pushing forcefully through the ground. Your legs are the engine of the serve.

* Jump Into the Court: Don’t just jump straight up. Drive your body forward into the court as you extend your legs, transferring power from your feet through your hips, core, shoulder, and racquet.

* Time the Leg Drive: Start your leg explosion just before your racquet drops into the “trophy position.” Well-timed leg drive creates a smooth kinetic chain, increasing racquet-head speed and producing more power with less arm effort.
