Personally, I don’t think either one of these supplements are worth the hype. With that said, I do (on occasion) like to buy EAA’s simply because they can be a delicious low-calorie alternative to sugary drinks!
As for the claimed benefits… it’s probably not worth the money especially when you take into account that eating enough protein will be more than enough to support muscle growth and recovery.
That said, If you MUST take an amino acid supplement, you might as well purchase EAA’s.
You’re still getting a similar dosage of BCAA’s, only now you’re also getting all the other 6 essential amino acids. When you factor in that BCAA’s and EAA’s are very similarly priced as well as almost identical in taste, it’s a no brainer!
