Kids today are spending more time sitting, scrolling, gaming, and less time moving. While screens have their place, too much screen time can affect physical development, confidence, focus, coordination, and healthy habits.

For some, it’s starting a fitness journey.
For others, it’s rebuilding after life-changing moments — including postpartum recovery.

I put together this slide for the women in our community —
for new mothers,
for friends who have recently become parents,
and for the women in my program who are on their recovery journey, getting stronger every day.

Dutch drill, or Dutch sparring. It's a very intense exchange of combos back and forth leaving very little gap of rest time. To avoid "brawling" in the pocket it's the best done using "I go, you go" type of turn based attack and defense. This is how you learn to fight in the pocket.
