The Toronto Women’s Disc Golf Club was founded in 2021 by Kat Johnson and Poppy Sanders with a primary goal to create a safe, social and supportive environment for women and non-binary individuals of ALL skill levels to discover and enjoy the sport of disc golf in Toronto. We foster a "By Women for Women" culture and empower women to lead, participate, and get involved within the disc golf club

The Toronto Women’s Disc Golf Club meets every Thursday at 6 PM, tee off at 6:30 PM from MAY to SEPTEMBER and rotates through 2 different disc golf courses in Toronto. Our Courses

Marilyn Bell We play either SINGLES or DOUBLES depending on the difficulty of the course. Keeping score is up to you. The cost? ALWAYS FREE. Meet The Admin

A few snapshots from another beautiful Thursday league night at Marilyn Bell 🔔💛

One of the best parts of this community is getting to introduce new people to disc golf - and last week we welcomed Laura for her very first round ever! 🥹🥏 She was a complete natural and even scored her first-ever pars! 👏

Despite the windy conditions, the vibes were high, the laughs were nonstop, and we wrapped up the night with an unreal sunset over the city skyline 🌇😍 The views at really never disappoint.

This upcoming Thursday, we’re headed back to Beaches Disc Golf Course 🏖️

Whether you’ve been playing for years or are curious to try disc golf for the first time, you’re always welcome to join us 💛

We had an awesome first league night at with a great turnout despite a bit of rain 🌧️

The weather may have been gloomy, but that didn’t stop us from having an absolute blast. So many epic putts were made, lots of laughs were shared, and it was the perfect way to kick off the season.

Already looking forward to many more fun Thursday nights this summer 🌞

Hey everyone! As the season kicks off today, looking to get everyone's input on what the most effective/preferred method of real-time communication is. As Facebook has discontinued their Community Chats, we are looking for an alternative, such as Discord or WhatsApp.

Wanted to get a sense of everyone's comfort level with these chat platforms and preferences before setting anything up. The goal would be to create something everyone will be comfortable using that is relatively easy to set up.

Our 2026 season officially kicks off tonight and we’re so excited to get back out on the course together!

As always, this is a free, welcoming, community-focused weekly meetup for women and women-identifying players of all skill levels - especially beginners ✨

No pressure, no stats, no weekly commitment - just come out when you can, throw some discs, and meet some great people.

Tonight's Location:

THURSDAY WOMEN’S DISC GOLF IS BACK 💛🥏

Kicking off our 2026 season on Thursday, May 7! 🥳

This is a free, welcoming, community-first weekly meetup for women and women-identifying folks who want to play disc golf - whether you’ve been playing for years or are picking up a disc for the very first time.

✨ All skill levels are welcome (especially beginners!)
✨ No stats, no pressure - just come as you are
✨ No weekly commitment - drop in whenever it works for you

When: Every Thursday, May 7 – September 24
Time: 6:30pm tee-off (feel free to arrive anytime after 6:00 pm to say hi and meet the group)

Where:
📍 (every other week)
📍 Alternating between & E.T. Seton on the other weeks

What to bring:
• Discs (we’ll have extras if you need some)
• Water
• Good vibes

✨ We’re keeping things simple and community-focused this season - no pressure, no stats, just a welcoming space to play and learn together.

🎉 New this year - beginner welcome gift!
If it’s your first time playing disc golf, you’ll receive an awesome gift as our way of welcoming you to the community 💛

If you help welcome a new player to their first round, you’ll receive an extra entry into our end-of-season raffle 🎟️

We’ll also sprinkle in a few relaxed themed nights throughout the season (like bring-a-friend nights and random doubles), but at its core this is all about getting outside, throwing some discs, and building a supportive women’s disc golf community 🙌

From our first throws in May to our final glowie round at Beaches in September, this season was all about connection, growth, and community. We welcomed new faces, reunited with returning players, and shared so many laughs, cheers, and fist bumps along the way 🥏🌈

⛱️ Meet at Beaches at 6 PM for 9 holes of daylight golf
🍕 Break for food, drinks, and giveaways!
🌌 Set up for glowie and finish the night with 9 glowing holes under the stars

Toronto Women's Disc Golf Club is thrilled to announce that we have selected our very own Nicole Carlone to be our 2025 Club Qualifier Recipient for the Ontario Provincials 🎉

Nicole was nominated by our club members because she has displayed a passion and dedication to disc golf and Toronto Women's Disc Golf Club since its inception in 2021. She is one of our regulars and brings a big smile and positive energy to league week in and week out. We can't imagine a Women's Club without her!

We couldn't think of anyone better to represent the Toronto Women's Disc Golf Club at Ontario Provincials this year. The entire club will be cheering you on! 🤩
