Balmy Beach Women's Rugby Balmy Beach Women's Rugby Team Thanks for visiting our page! We're a competitive Senior women's rugby team (18+) based out of the east end of Toronto.

Currently we compete in the TRU with the goal of moving up to the OWL (Ontario Women's League).

15s Season:
- May till August
- Practice every Monday & Wednesday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm

7s Season:
- September till end of October
- Practice Tuesdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm
