Robin Vickers Batzdorf came up clutch in the finals for Revolver Ultimate. Notice the quick scans he makes. Never watches the disc for too long, staying locked in on his matchups. Too many players either stare too long at the disc, or never try to scan. Next time you play, work on getting information on defense quickly, and returning to your matchup. Blocks will come!

Watch how capitalizes on a defensive layout to quickly counterflow back for two easy breaks in the end zone set. Teams that look for the counter flow are incredibly hard to defender: the front of stack defender is put into a tough spot.
Notice how early in the stall the counter flow comes from . It occurs while the mark is out of position, and most of the defense (and offense) is orbiting to the flow side.

Team Canada open juniors didn’t get broken on the way to a gold at WJUC. The tape doesn’t lie - they did a great job of cutting hard and clearing harder. This kept their defenders occupied resulting in open spaces. Plus, it even allowed the clears to turn into high separation cuts.
