This past June, OMJ FITNESS ran a giveaway for our personal training clients: the top 3 attendees had a chance to win a pair of tickets to see the Toronto Tempo at Scotiabank Arena! Nina won the tickets—yay!—and recently enjoyed seeing our home team play this special game on home court. Unfortunately, Toronto lost to Minnesota that night, but the most important thing is that Nina and her husband, Joseph, had a great time! Thanks to our friends at Switch Heat Pumps, who donated the tickets to us for a fun night out! When your home is ready for an energy-saving, green HVAC retrofit, consider calling Trish Long to help. Congrats to Rachel—whose birthday is also this month—who always shows up to OMJ FITNESS with a smile and works hard when in class.

A very busy working professional—who’s also getting married soon—Mazel tov, btw!—Rachel constantly pushes herself when in class, and her vibrant personality and kind demeanour are always a pleasure to have around in-house.

Leigh is OMJ’s Member of the Month for July 2026.

Leigh has been doing personal training with us at for over two years now, and it’s been a pleasure to see her continued growth! She first came to us looking to shake up her workout routine and improve her overall strength in a creative, enjoyable way. So, we introduced her to barre, Bosu and TRX.

A former athlete, she still has demonstrated growth and rises to the challenge, as our workouts have helped improve Leigh’s balance, flexibility, and strength—hopefully in a fun way!

Leslie is our Member of the Month at for June 2026.

Leslie first discovered OMJ through another one of our clients and annual members, and has fallen in love with our barre and strength classes since. An overall very active person who swims and practices yoga, Leslie always appreciates how we challenge her in our classes, often pushing her to lift heavier weights and do more reps with our encouragement, motivation and support.

Leslie’s strength and balance have grown exponentially since starting with us, and we are so excited to be on her fitness journey and thrilled to continue to see her grow!

Bikash is OMJ’s Member of the Month for May 2026!

Already having completed his TWO complimentary personal training sessions this month (retail value: $200), Bikash’s commitment to improving himself and his dedication to always showing up are why we celebrate his achievements.

Although Bikash has chronic knee and shoulder issues, he is navigating his wellness journey with a focus on proper form and technique. Thanks to us at , he now takes a more mindful approach to exercise, avoiding rushing through his movements and focusing on every repetition. The goals are safety, strength, and pain-free living through functional movement training—and a perk is that he is even starting to lean out from all of his dedicated efforts! 💪

Exciting news for everyone, as promised, regarding our first-ever Retreat!
 
We have officially reserved our fitness retreat in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, 🏖️🌊☀️😎🌴🍹a short ferry ride from Cancun. We are there from March 27, 2027, for one full week, until Saturday, April 3, 2027. We know it’s awhile away, but there are currently only six spots available, unless there is demand for us to get more rooms. First come will be first served for securing your spot.
 
Enjoy daily workouts on the gorgeous beach with yours truly🤩 at this stunning tropical locale!
