At our anniversary party, I have never felt more love. It was uncomfortable to me. I had to sit in it for hours after. Sat alone just feeling the feels. The appreciation and love and huge acknowledgement shown my way. I’m humbled. I was so glad my family was there…to see the other family created. They had no idea really what I was up to. I know the impact or PYC. I have known it since I walked through the door in their opening month, in 2013. I could write a book on that chapter of my life, and then the next chapter building out, opening, surviving COVID, leaving a partnership relationship with someone I saw as my brother, feeling the support of so many. And maybe one day I will. For now, in an effort to keep this concise 😅🙄 I am so very grateful to this amazing community.
